Bach Flowers
Why
Bach Flowers entered my life a few years ago, bringing with them their own unique grace and a gentle sense of healing. Since then, I have kept these flower remedies close to me in my everyday life, completed all three levels of training at the Bach Centre in England, founded by
Dr. Edward Bach, and chose to become a Bach Flowers
Practitioner registered with the Bach Foundation.
Along this journey, I have witnessed profound changes and moments of awareness, both in myself and in others whose lives have been touched by the flowers. We still do not fully understand the power held within plants. We are still learning. Yet I am deeply grateful to be both a practitioner and a lifelong student of a system that, for around 90 years and across more than 60 countries, has supported millions of people in ways that respect their own capacity and willingness to find their way towards wellbeing—without placing the practitioner above the person seeking support.
These pages have been created for those who are newly discovering Bach Flowers, or who would simply like to understand them more deeply. In keeping with what was important to Dr. Edward Bach himself, my aim is to present Bach Flowers with a simplicity that makes them accessible and practical for everyone, and to share the essential information you need to explore using them for yourself.
You will also find a Bach Flowers Guide PDF (in Turkish) on each page, bringing together all the information shared here, which you are welcome to download if you wish.
I hope you will discover Bach Flowers in your own way, experience what they may bring into your life, and perhaps one day our paths will cross 🌺
