What are Bach Flowers?

Bach Flowers are a natural and complementary system of support that works gently with our emotions, helping to restore and maintain inner balance. Its origins date back to the work that English doctor, bacteriologist, and practitioner of homeopathy, Dr. Edward Bach, carried out with plants in the 1930s.

Bach Flowers are a natural and complementary system that works gently with our emotions, supporting inner balance. Its origins lie in the work with plants carried out in the 1930s by the English doctor, bacteriologist, and homeopath, Dr. Edward Bach.

According to Dr. Bach, intense emotions such as fear, stress, and anxiety can, over time, affect our sense of wellbeing and may even manifest as physical discomfort. Based on this understanding, he developed an approach consisting of 38 flower remedies, each relating to a different emotional state.

Rather than addressing physical symptoms, the system focuses on restoring emotional balance. When our emotions come back into harmony, our overall sense of wellbeing may also be supported.

For Edward Bach, healing begins when we come back into harmony with our own true nature.

Emotions are not burdens to be suppressed, but guides that can lead us back towards balance. Nature, in turn, offers a simple yet profound support along this journey.

Bach Flowers are not an external solution, but gentle tools that accompany us in remembering our own inner wisdom.
